Oxford Wills & Probate is open for business!

Bicester Wills and Probate was set up by Gail Church in 2010, and has steadily grown in size and reputation ever since.

Our aim is to make end of life financial planning as straightforward and stress free as possible for everyone.

We provide clear, easy to understand advice about all things relating to Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and general estate affairs.

Our fees are listed on our websites because we have no hidden costs.

We pride ourselves on being accessible; holding drop in clinics at our office, offering home visits at various times of day, and communicating by email or phone as well as by post.

Our clients come to us from all across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

We decided to expand our physical presence so that we can continue to provide a local service to existing and new clients across these counties.

We’re delighted to now have offices open both in Buckingham and, most recently, in Oxford.
